Gently pressed, fermented in stainless steel for 15 days, aged on the lees for a period of 9 months in French oak barrels. Intense and shiny golden yellow. Explosive and very aromatic, fragrance of ripe exotic fruits, with apple and boiled pear. Reminiscent of wood with a hint of vanilla and bread crust.
